Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Safe Deposit Attendant to manage our safe deposit facility. The role involves maintaining security protocols, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the safe deposit process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in accessing their safe deposit boxes while ensuring proper identification procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of the vault area, ensuring all access controls are maintained.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accurate recordkeeping of clients' valuables.
  • Document any incidents or issues related to safe deposit boxes, following company protocols.
  • Support clients in understanding terms and procedures associated with safe deposit box rentals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the safe deposit area.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement improved processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant qualification in security or customer service management is an advantage.
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role, especially within banking or financial services, is an advantage.
