We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Safe Deposit Attendant to manage our safe deposit facility. The role involves maintaining security protocols, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the safe deposit process.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in accessing their safe deposit boxes while ensuring proper identification procedures.
Monitor and maintain the security of the vault area, ensuring all access controls are maintained.
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accurate recordkeeping of clients' valuables.
Document any incidents or issues related to safe deposit boxes, following company protocols.
Support clients in understanding terms and procedures associated with safe deposit box rentals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the safe deposit area.
Collaborate to develop and implement improved processes and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Relevant qualification in security or customer service management is an advantage.
Experience
Experience in a similar role, especially within banking or financial services, is an advantage.
