Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our Pretoria hotel. You'll be responsible for staff management, customer satisfaction, and driving the hotel's financial performance while ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the hotel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and develop hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Address guest needs and resolve issues to enhance their experience.
  • Control operational budgets and manage expenses effectively.
  • Drive marketing strategies to increase visibility and guest engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
