Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will include assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service who can handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with online chat and ticketing systems
  • Data entry accuracy
Soft Skills
  • Time management
  • Empathy
