Responsibilities

  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

  • Support contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
  • Coordinate with finance on billing and payment issues related to accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in client-facing roles or account management
