Job Description

As a Contract Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to mitigate risks and enhance contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of contracts before signing.
• Collaborate with the legal team to resolve contract disputes.
• Ensure all contracts are executed in a timely manner.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Provide input on contract policies and frameworks.
• Assist in developing negotiation strategies.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in contract management.
• Track contract renewals and expirations proactively.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or related field
• LLB is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in contract law

Languages
