As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will oversee and manage arbitration processes ensuring fair and equitable resolution of disputes. Your expertise will be critical in providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients during arbitration hearings. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage arbitration cases and represent clients in dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases for clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and arbitration agreements.
• Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies and potential outcomes.
• Attend arbitration hearings and present arguments on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in arbitration laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law (advantageous)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in labor relations or arbitration cases.
