Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will support the company in maintaining its reputation and legal standing. Your duties will include conducting compliance audits, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring that all staff receive proper training on compliance protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and update compliance policies to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance expectations.
• Work with external auditors during compliance audits.
• Develop compliance metrics to assess the effectiveness of policies.
• Report on regulatory changes and their implications for the organization.
• Handle internal compliance inquiries between departments.
• Create and maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Ensure timely follow-up on audit findings and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance program updates.
• Support management in strategic planning related to compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
