Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will develop strong relationships with our clients, helping them to fully utilize our products while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key client accounts.
  • Provide tailored solutions and support based on clients' industry and requirements.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss progress and product enhancements.
  • Utilize customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through surveys and follow-ups.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer success programs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts and expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
