• Identify key decision-makers in client organizations and build rapport.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous
• CRM Software Proficiency Experienced in using CRM tools to manage sales processes efficiently.
• Sales Analytics Ability to analyze sales data to forecast and improve sales strategies.
• Hospitality Software Knowledge Familiar with current hospitality management software and tools.
• Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Persuasion Skills Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively.
• Time Management Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Hospitality Sales Professional Certification
• Certified Sales Executive (CSE)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
