Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products. This entails designing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and collaborating closely with developers to resolve defects. Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop test scenarios.
• Coordinate with product owners to understand the testing needs of each release.
• Monitor and report on the overall quality metrics of products.
• Support release management activities through thorough testing.
• Review and enhance existing test cases for effectiveness.
• Provide training to new team members on QA methodologies.
• Actively participate in risk assessments prior to releases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a QA Analyst

Technical Skills

• SQL

Languages

• English: Fluent
