Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and nurturing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and develop selling strategies.
  • Increase sales and manage account renewals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales forecasts.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
