Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HR practices, compliance regulations, and employee relations. This role involves developing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing talent acquisition processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage HR strategies that drive business success
  • Oversee recruitment processes and enhance employer branding
  • Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary processes effectively
  • Develop employee retention strategies and improve turnover rates
  • Conduct workforce planning to meet business objectives
  • Implement health and safety policies in the workplace
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies
  • Evaluate and improve current HR systems and processes
  • Promote employee wellness and work-life balance programs
  • Engage in community outreach and corporate social responsibility initiatives

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role
