Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify outstanding candidates for our clients. You'll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to negotiation and placement. Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for talent are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Provide candidates with support and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment software to track progress and maintain schedules.
• Organize and attend recruitment fairs and networking events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
