In the position of Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers to provide information, support, and solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role
