Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary role will be to support our customers through various channels. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a positive manner.
  • Utilize the help desk software to document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Engage in regular dialogue with customers to maintain relationships.
  • Advocate for customer needs during team meetings.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
