Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the main liaison for client communications, addressing inquiries and issues.
  • Monitor client health metrics to proactively identify potential risks.
  • Create and execute customer success plans tailored to meet client goals.
  • Engage in regular client meetings to evaluate satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients to optimize product utilization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to advocate for client needs and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support or account management
