Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead our HR department to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. Your expertise in employee relations and best practices will be crucial in shaping our workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular reviews.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Implement and promote employee wellness programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR metrics for reporting to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
