Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Development Consultant to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at improving employee skills and competencies. Your expertise in adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies will be essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular training assessments to determine employee development needs.
  • Design engaging learning materials that cater to different learning styles.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve training quality.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics to maximize participation.
  • Develop partnerships with external training organizations to enhance offerings.
  • Generate reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate follow-up sessions to reinforce learning applications.
  • Advocate for employee training and development initiatives within the organization.
  • Utilize innovative technology to streamline training processes.
  • Encourage employee feedback to enhance future training initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Professional certification in Learning and Development is preferred
