Quality Assurance Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing testing strategies, leading a team of QA testers, and ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and automated test procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for quality assurance-related queries.
• Track bugs and issues using testing management tools and ensure resolution.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to evaluate system stability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in product release planning and quality reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Additional certifications in Quality Assurance are preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in QA with a focus on team leadership

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Mobile Application Testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across Android and iOS.
• Familiarity with API Testing: Experience in testing APIs, ensuring functionality and reliability.
