Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as recruiters and training providers.
• Lead periodic audits of HR policies and procedures.
• Enhance the onboarding process for new employees.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars for employee development.
• Monitor industry best practices and incorporate into HR functions.
• Provide HR support for organizational changes and restructuring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Master's degree in HR Management or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
