Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee payroll processing for our clients. The successful candidate will ensure all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with local regulations and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process the monthly payroll of all employees.
  • Analyze payroll discrepancies and take corrective actions promptly.
  • Create reports on payroll costs, trends, and forecasts.
  • Support HR in talent acquisition focused on payroll and compliance aspects.
  • Review and improve payroll policies to ensure a steady flow of updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in payroll management/reporting
Technical Skills
  • Tax Compliance Knowledge
  • HRIS Software Experience

Certifications
  • Payroll Management Certificate
Languages
  • English: Fluent
