We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in managing supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. This role involves overseeing procurement, inventory management, and distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal inventory levels while minimizing wastage.
• Collaborate with IT to improve supply chain software and technology.
• Facilitate training and development for supply chain team members.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on trends.
• Implement sustainability practices within the supply chain.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in business or supply chain management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles
