Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dedicated development team. You'll be instrumental in developing testing strategies and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality software is delivered to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with the development team to define acceptance criteria.
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to discuss testing requirements.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements based on testing findings.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or Software Development is acceptable

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is recommended

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git)

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Automation Testing Experience: Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing: Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter is advantageous.
