Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel sales and guest relations.
  • Evaluate sales presentations and proposals for effectiveness.
  • Manage the hotel’s online presence and sales platforms.
  • Organize promotional events and initiatives to enhance visibility.
  • Support and participate in community outreach efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standard operational procedures.
  • Utilize guest feedback to enhance future sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage budgets effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Sales Strategy Development Expert in devising effective sales strategies.
  • CRM Software Proficiency Proficient in using CRM tools for customer interaction management.
  • Market Analysis Skilled in analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Leadership Proven leadership ability to mentor and direct teams.
  • Analytical Thinking Exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Fluency in Additional Languages: Proficiency in other languages is a plus for catering to diverse clientele.
  • Experience with Group Sales and Events: Previous experience managing group bookings and events.
