Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for planning, executing, and managing events from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through meticulous detail and enthusiastic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on event progress, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Assist clients with event registration and on-site support.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination required.
