Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Create user guides and documentation for common issues.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in system upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
