Job Description

As a Legal Advisor in Cape Town, you will provide expert legal advice to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements.
• Provide litigation support and strategy development.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Advise on employment law and HR compliance.
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Develop training materials on legal compliance for staff.
• Foster a culture of integrity and compliance within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Additional qualifications in Business Management or Governance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law advisory
