Are you passionate about helping customers? Tech Solutions Ltd. is on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Durban. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.
  • Regularly update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Support ongoing processes to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
  • A qualification in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
