Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communications with empathy and professionalism.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Use CRM software to manage customer data effectively.
  • Train and mentor new customer support representatives.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve the service experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Support or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
