Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  • Engage with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Help develop and maintain knowledge base articles.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
