Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind ensuring exceptional service delivery, nurturing customer relationships, and leading our customer support initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and implementing effective strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Establish best practices for customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer service performance.
  • Design customer journeys to ensure positive interactions at every touchpoint.
  • Lead project teams on customer experience improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to discuss customer experience innovations.
  • Draft and present reports on customer experience trends and data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Management or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience or service management
