Job Description

As a Correspondence Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling all written correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all customer correspondence via email, letters, and calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients to ensure traceability.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Uphold professional standards in communication while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in handling correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Communication or related fields is desirable
Experience
  • At least 2 years in customer service or communications roles
