Job Description

In the position of Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and aligning our services to meet those expectations. Your role will involve proactive engagement with clients, coaching them on product usage, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Success in this role means turning satisfied customers into loyal advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that improve customer engagement.
  • Participate in product launches and customer training sessions.
  • Develop and share best practices for customer success management within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer success role within the tech industry
