Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding technical assistance. You will be responsible for providing solutions to hardware and software issues, assisting users in navigating technical problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems.
  • Conduct regular checks on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in IT projects and upgrades.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Prepare reports on support activity and user feedback.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and process improvement discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
