• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
• Prepare detailed job descriptions and advertisements tailored to specific roles.
• Train and mentor junior recruiters, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to improve future hiring strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• MBA in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with proven success

• Interviewing Techniques
• Social Media Recruiting

• Time Management

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• LinkedIn Recruiter certification is an advantage
