• Assist in the orientation of new nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Advanced Diploma in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical nursing

Technical Skills

• Critical Thinking
• IV Therapy

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR): Experience using EHR for patient documentation.
• Leadership experience: Previous roles in leadership or team-leading positions can be beneficial.
