Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist who will be instrumental in strengthening our workforce dynamics. Responsibilities include managing employee grievances, facilitating communication between staff and management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate is well-versed in employment law with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace disputes and recommend resolutions.
• Collaborate on employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Guide management on employee relationship strategies.
• Assist in developing training modules for staff.
• Monitor and report patterns in employee behavior and culture.
• Implement initiatives to foster open communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR
