• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and assess guest feedback to improve services.
• Prepare and present reports to upper management.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Diploma in Hotel Management is advantageous
• Team Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets.
• Customer Service Expert in delivering exceptional customer experiences in hospitality.
• Budget Management Skilled in establishing budgets and managing financial performance.
• Strong Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving Outstanding problem-solving skills to address guest and staff concerns.
• Time Management Effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Certification in Hotel Management: Preferably from a recognised institution.
• Experience in event management: Skills in planning and executing successful events.
