• Maintain inventory and manage purchasing of supplies.
• Work with the General Manager to develop strategic plans.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Certification in Hotel Management: Preferably from a recognised institution.
