Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes. You will handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and entertainment, ensuring each event reflects our high standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing and promoting events to maximize attendance.
  • Prepare event timelines and manage the event planning calendar.
  • Work with the design team on event branding and décor.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
  • Gather feedback post-event and analyze metrics for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality are also accepted
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
