We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Port Elizabeth operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics management. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient distribution to meet customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report on inventory levels and logistics performance to management.
• Enhance operational processes through effective team leadership.
• Facilitate inventory audits and stock checks.
• Ensure effective communication of operational objectives.
• Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Support new initiatives for warehouse optimization.
• Coordinate training programs for staff development.
• Lead problem-solving efforts to enhance operational workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role

• English: Fluent
