Job Description

As an Account Manager at Innovative Solutions, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support while developing strategies to grow their business with us.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client account management processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Drive client engagement and retention strategies.
