Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance the customer experience in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers and ensure they are set up for success.
  • Analyze usage data to identify trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Create and implement customer success plans with measurable goals.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions to gather insights on service improvements.
  • Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the organization.
  • Manage customer renewals and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Any relevant certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years in customer-focused roles with proven success
