Job Description

We seek a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our Port Elizabeth office. You will play a crucial role in addressing customer needs and suggestions, becoming their trusted support partner and helping to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer queries are tracked and resolved through effective documentation.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Implement customer support best practices for improved service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of customer service training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Management or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer support environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
