Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role entails delivering top-notch customer service while providing technical support on-site. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring our customers' needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits for equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and customer support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment history.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
  • Assist in training junior staff and interns.
  • Be flexible to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma or NQF Level 4 qualification
  • Relevant certification in technical services is advantageous

  • Proven track record in equipment troubleshooting and repair
