You will play a crucial role in identifying training needs, developing engaging educational materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of various learning initiatives. Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse talent development needs throughout the organisation.
• Design engaging multimedia training materials and e-learning programs.
• Lead training workshops and seminars to enhance employee engagement.
• Assess and improve training delivery methods based on learner feedback.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialised training.
• Monitor training budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Promote the use of mentoring and coaching as part of staff development.
• Facilitate a community of practice to encourage knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training or development roles

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Change Management: Ability to manage and facilitate organisational change through effective learning strategies.
