You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various platforms including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and promote employer branding.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and keep candidates updated on their application status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications of candidates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Relevant HR certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or similar roles
