HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

Join our team as an HR Compliance Officer where you will leverage your expertise to ensure that our HR strategies are aligned with legal requirements and best practices. You will also facilitate training sessions on compliance matters and develop reports that provide insights into compliance performance, ultimately driving operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft compliance reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Advise management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the development of policies related to employee relations.
• Conduct investigations into compliance violations and provide reports.
• Liaise with HR and finance on issues related to compensation and benefits compliance.
• Support the onboarding process through compliance training modules.
• Engage with employees to improve understanding of compliance matters.
• Implement corrective actions for any compliance discrepancies identified.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is a plus
• Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance roles within HR

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
