Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of architectural projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation effectively.
• Establish and maintain connections with suppliers and material vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses for potential projects.
• Participate in professional seminars and workshops.
• Promote green building practices within all projects.
• Contribute to the company's marketing efforts by assisting in bid proposals.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design and project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• BIM Software Expertise
• Sustainable Design Principles

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Project Management

Certifications

• Professional Architect License
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
