Job Description

We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes, adhering to quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all processes comply with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Maintain a record of raw materials used and finished products.
• Support the team in meeting production quotas and deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise workflow and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12
• Higher Certificate in Food Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Health and Safety Regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with inventory management systems: Experience using inventory management software to track raw materials.
