Job Description

Join us as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer where you will lead initiatives aimed at fostering an open and inclusive environment. You will work closely with various teams to integrate diversity best practices into our company culture, ensuring that our workplace reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead diversity and inclusion awareness campaigns within the company.
• Evaluate diversity sourcing strategies and recommend best practices.
• Support the development of employee resource groups to foster community and support among diverse employees.
• Conduct assessments of workplace culture and employee sentiment on diversity and inclusion.
• Advise on best practices for accommodating employees with diverse backgrounds.
• Co-create strategic plans with leadership to foster an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, HR, or Business
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a D&I role within a corporate environment

Languages
